Dear Sir/Madam,
We think that this is related to some script-blocking feature on the user’s browser and/or connection: my suggestion is to try with another connection/browser.
The website is properly loading and we have tested it with all the browsers, connection and devices, so it’s not something on our side.
Unfortunately, I need more information to be sure which error could cause it, if you could kindly give us more specific information (browser used, addons used, console log, network errors) would be greatly helpful.
