That's not what I meant. There are on production, export/import data on forestry in FAOSTAT; but except production, export/import data, there also is consumption data in Yearbook of Forest Products. Since the year book is in pdf format, it is quite difficult to extract annual consumption data from loads of pages and files. So I would kindly suggest publishing excel version of the Yearbook like you did to the capacity yearbook, or add forestry consumption data to FAOSTAT. But if there's a reason you choose not to take my suggestion, I would totally understand
