Althought very useful, is the information here representative of all data collected? With Tobacco (Unmanufactured) the crop size is simply stated in tonnes however no further information is provided into crop type (Oriental, Burley and FCV etc.) Is this information available and simply not displayed or has it not been collected. This is significant as yields carying signficantly depending on variety and therefore a raw number might not be represenative of what a given country is actually producing.

Dear Sir/Madam,
Thank you for your message. We only publish the aggregate for tobacco. For a finer breakdown, you can try to contact national statistical offices, which often collect this type of information.

Best regards,
