Where are the aggregates
Posted: Mon Apr 07, 2014 9:17 pmIt a big loss no longer have information more detailed on meats. Before we had Bovine (Buffalo + Beef&Veal) Poultry (Chicken, duck, geese and Guinea fowls, turkey). I think that detailed data are very important when you study Asia and African where the preferences and availability of meats from different subspecies is essential.
